Airline Contracts
ATC works with multiple airlines to set up meeting discount contracts. Our ongoing relationships with the airlines give us the opportunity to many times offer better earned certificate ratios than if our accounts had contacted the airlines directly. Our contracts offer meeting discounts to travelers through our online tools and live agents, as well as by calling the airline directly. The reduced certificate ratios typically earn our accounts 4-6 certificates per year (based on meetings size and attendance).
ATC provides marketing materials for use online, in print brochures and in e-newsletters. Multiple formats are available to meet your needs and promote your discounts as a benefit to your members.
Car & Rail Contracts
ATC has annual car rental agreements available or will negotiate individual contracts with car rental companies for meeting and corporate discounts. The contracts are programmed into ATC reservation systems or may be booked directly with the vendor. ATC also has a long-standing relationship with AMTRAK to quickly set-up discounted fare contracts for your meetings for rail travelers.

Depending on the client's unique needs, our programs can be purely fee based or a combination of a transaction fee plus a management fee. We even have a flat fee option which includes all our services.
