Trip Manager XE is the official online travel management tool for your association. If you have used Trip Manager XE for previous travel, use the login link below to access your profile.

If you are new to Trip Manager XE, or do not have information on how to login and create your profile, contact your Association Meeting Planner for assistance.
New Password Policy for Trip Manager XE
New Password Attributes
- Must be at least 8 characters in length
- Must not exceed 30 characters in length
- Must be a mixture of alphanumeric characters
- Must not be the same as the Member ID
New Rule
- The user will be given a warning after 4 invalid login attempts, and locked out after 5 invalid login attempts (User will have to contact Travel Administrator for reset)
Process
- Upon implementation of the new password policy, the Reset Password screen will automatically be displayed at the next login, prompting the Trip Manager user to create a new password as follows:
“Your Password has expired. Please select a new Password.”
“For valid Password criteria click on Help”
- The password must comply with new password attributes or an appropriate error message will be displayed depending on the invalid criteria. (Valid password criteria will be provided on the Help screen)
- Contact ATC by email at webmaster@atcmeetings.com if you require assistance logging into your Trip Manager account. Please provide the Company you use to login and your last name.
