This online travel management system allows staff, VIP and authorized travelers to receive the negotiated discounts , and the association receives credit for earned complimentary tickets . Trip Manager also checks all airlines and shows the lowest fare available. Users can edit their online profiles 24 hours a day and the information entered will be available to ATC in-house agents.

Trip Manager can also be used to make car, hotel and train reservations.
