Association Member Booking
Live Agents:
Experienced, dedicated agents are available 9:00am -8:00pm (EST) Monday-Friday. Although we have a strong Internet presence, we are not an "internet company". Thus, do not hesitate to call us for any service we can provide. Our doors are open, and our phone is answered.
Travel ASP - Online Booking:
ATC offer the Travel Center to all of its accounts. The Travel Center contains all of the information your members will need to start searching and booking their reservations, and the association receives credit for earned complimentary tickets. Through our partnership with Nporta, your members have 24 hour access to your negotiated discounts and access to our dedicated agents. We can even provide a Quicksearch booking tool that can be placed directly on your web site (sample below) . ATC handles all updates, and programming behind the Travel Center interface so that your association sees only the benefits of this powerful tool. There is a $12.00 service fee for each airline ticket purchased through TravelASP.
